Does it have galvanised steel frame & springs?

Pleased to confirm frame and springs are all galvanised

 

Once the enclosure is taken down can a cover be placed?

Yes, the enclosure bars would need to be lowered and then unhooked from the top ring to lower the enclosure. The procedure should take about 10 minutes

 

Does it come with a cover?

At this time Zero Gravity do not produce a cover but they are in the design phase of producing a cover than can be used with the enclosure erected but this wont be released until the end of 2016. If you are looking at purchasing a cover then please also consider purchasing a tie down kit as a trampoline with a cover on can easily take off and fly in high winds.

 

Is this suitable for adults as well as children?

As long as the adult using it is physically healthy – the trampoline is a great aid to having fun and keeping fit at the same time.

 

Can you advise what warranty/guarantee is offered on trampolines?

All components are covered by a 1year warranty against manufacturing defects

 

What is the mat made of?

The mattress is made from a material called Permatron

 

Does the trampoline have adjustable legs?

No, all legs have to be fixed at the same height in order to pass the EN71 test

 

How many springs do the 10ft/12ft models have?

10ft has 56 springs and the 12ft has 72

 

How easy is it to drop the safety netting?

At the intersecting joint between the top frame, leg and enclosure pole there is a large black plastic screw lock, simply unscrew this and you can remove and lower the enclosure pole

 

How many springs does the 8ft model have?

The 8ft trampoline has 42 springs

 

Does the trampoline need to be anchored on concrete?

A trampoline can’t be used on a hard surface such as concrete/patio slabs. It must be on a soft surface such as grass
