Warranty

The owner of this Zero Gravity brand product has the following warranty rights on this product:

  1. The guarantee is limited exclusively to purchases from STACK' M HIGH.
  2. Zero Gravity warrants the product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
  3. This guarantee applies to the frame and springs for a period of one year from the date of purchase of the product.
  4. The guarantee applies exclusively to material and construction defects with regard to this product or parts of this product.
  5. In the event of a defect in materials or workmanship, Zero Gravity will repair or replace the product at no charge.
  6. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or accidents.
  7. Zero Gravity is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.
  8. The statutory warranty is not restricted by this guarantee.
  9. Zero Gravity reserves the right, at its option, to repair or replace any defect in material or workmanship determined by Zero Gravity during the warranty period.
  10. The owner of this product can only assert his warranty claims if he provides appropriate pictures and evidence for verification. Zero Gravity decides whether to grant or reject the warranty claim.
  11. If the warranty claim is rejected, all costs incurred will be borne by the owner.
  12. The guarantee only applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable to third parties. 
  13. No warranty claims can be made in the following cases:
    • If this product has been used incorrectly and/or carelessly or in a manner incompatible with the product.
    • If this product has not been installed and maintained in accordance with the instructions for use.
    • If technical repairs to this product have not been carried out professionally.
    • If subsequently assembled parts do not correspond to the technical specifications of the product in question or if these parts have not been assembled correctly.
    • If defects are a consequence of climatic influences, such as storm damage, rusting or normal weathering of the paintwork.
    • If the product is used commercially, for rental or otherwise overused.
    • If consequential damage has occurred as a result of parts not being replaced in good time, e.g. covers, springs, etc.
