Shipping policy

 

Delivery area: We are currently able to deliver within Mainland Britain, excluding non-industrial Scotland and BFPO addresses. Please note that the postcodes that we are UNABLE to deliver trampolines or swings to are BF1, GY, JE, ZE.

However We ARE ABLE to ship spare parts to GY, JE and ZE.

Shipping costs: There is a one-time carriage charge of £6.95 per order or free when you spend £30 for Mainland Britain (exclusions apply). 

Free shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over the value of £30.00.

Shipping service provider: We currently use DPD, DHL, Evri, FedEx, Royal Mail and Yodel couriers to ship our products depending on their size and weight.

Delivery time: Order before 11:30, excluding weekends and public holidays, and we'll despatch on the same day. We use a 24-hour service and most orders will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours. Please note, in instances when goods are delayed, at no time will a compensation be awarded for the delay. Unless otherwise specified, all products must be signed for.
